You saved me. I was in back pain for over 4 months and I saw a similar decompress video like this one. I did it every day for a month and now I don’t have the pain anymore

Funnily enough, I had recently been thinking fondly of my back cracking days in school. The attached desk/chair combo was the best. My back has felt locked up and this video was timely, thank you.

Oh nice. I particularly like the doorframe idea. As that is doable even when not at home. When I need to pop my back, I need to pop my back. No matter where I am 😆

Omg need this after wrapping children’s presents. Something about Christmas classics music and wrapping that tells my body to ignore posture.😊

I still often fondly think of that desk and how perfect it was at popping that awkward middle upper back area.

I have hEDS, so I have a lot more flexibility, but my back slips a lot as well. The second method really helps me as it gives me some room to flex down further. I also have always done the chair method. It works well! The roller works as well. I use a roller to massage my back muscles.

Doing the first stretch followed by my foam roller works almost every time! Edit: and I work in Amazon sortation so that stretch is doing a lot of heavy lifting, pun intended.

I would love to be able to do that- I have scoliosis so I can’t align my spine. The pressure hurts. I’ll try the one where you’re lying down.

This video appeared at just the right time. That's so weird! Is it worthwhile to use either heat or ice at all after doing some of these movements or would that not help? I'm never sure when to use which. :/
@kristopherhardy330218 күн бұрын
Oh I still pop my back but instead of a chair from school (had a built in desk/chair combo so I could push against the desk to pop my back 👍🏻) I use my pull up/dip set up. Lay my arms on the leg lift section gripping the dip handles and I push my back towards the back cushion that would stop you from swinging during pull ups. (If that makes sense) lol
@jodyljohnson851518 күн бұрын
I wish I had a desk/chair combo! Those were awesome for popping the back! I used to do that too! 💞✌️
