So how do you store them, in the freezer or refrigerator? Could you vacuum pack them instead?

We store them in a freezer in little containers we got from amazon. You can vacuum seal them we just like the containers so they can be easily transported and stored!

Where do you get that type of net and the containers to store in the freezer. Also what type of salt are you using?

We got the net off of Amazon, we got the containers from a local restaurant so I do not know the brand of the container. We use pickelling salt for our brine.
