@@clearly_jennjust got told from my music teacher who learned this from someone else, if you don’t think you can hit a high note, pretend there’s a silver dollar in your ass crack and your life depends on keeping it there. I started singing Summertime in the high octave, I can say it works😂 I also am singing Hello by Adele and there’s a nice sized jump I struggle to nail and it helps😭😭😂😂💀💀

This is sooooo important! We have to find OUR OWN VOICE, and stop imitating other singers! Offcourse inspiration is a big thing within our own personal "singer" development, but being authentic is most important!
@Itsallsotiresome Жыл бұрын
This video deserves more likes. This really worked. I've always had a thing for harmony being what I enjoy a lot about singing, so I would nearly always try to copy the singers I appreciate, but over time felt like I couldn't find my natural singing voice. This video simultaneously helped me find it and also helped me to sing more strongly in singing voices I've attained over the years too. That "inhale with a very beginning of a yawn" part is so key. Thank you very much, Victoria! I truly appreciate this!

Over ear headphones - put up someone singing and follow the buzz in their voice. Because you cannot hear yourself, you are left free to feel the buzzing sensation in your head In the same way the headphones are producing the singers metallic buzz.
