Autostart (and runforever...) 5. delete data trash ad unnescessary files (do not use cleaner Programs) Temp and %temp% 6. clean the recycle bin and size of it 7. Disc Clean (Windows incl.) 8. registry tweak (optimize) 9. cutting unwanted backround services 10. reduce visual effects 11. Additional performance

Do not ever defrag an SSD, it's not needed. Also it will reduce the lifespan of the drive by a good chunk. Edit: What Windows 10 does is a manual execution of the trim command (Windows 10 does this automatically at regular intervals). If you defrag manually in an old system you won't get better performance and reduce the lifespan of the SSD.

The Defrag should be done last, as it moves files around to be contiguous. Disc Clean, Recycle bin, registry tweeks all affect files.

When you use SSD you dont need any Windows 10 optimization.. That power to High performance will lead to overheating as the default cpu freq is set to max. (not recommended on Stock Cooler)

i think your computer have so much archives, if then, they cause the slow defragmentation because the process will read the entire hard disk. If your pc is very slow, try checking its hardware specs, pcs under 512 MB of Ram and less than 1 Ghz or 900Mhz might be slow cuz its a very outdated pc :/ (im sorry if you couldnt understand my answer/reply cuz i am not a native speaker)

For me, it boils down to this...the person who made the video should be able to explain why to do each one of his steps, which for most of them, he does not.
