Very helpful. Initially I was not able to do a knee pushup. I learned from one of your videos to start from doing a pushup from a bench and now I am able to do a knee pushup. This video clearly explained how the mistakes I generally do when doing a pushup. I hope I will do full pushups soon. Thanks a lot :)

Hope fully you see this but I have been leaving the same comment on a lot of your videos. I recently just found you and I love all your workout. But I can only do the total body strength training with no weights and HIIT with low impact but your channel does not have enough of them. Can you please make more videos like these it’s been really helping me to manage my PCOS. Thank you 😊

love this! i have a longer torso, so im always worried about my forms. sometimes i felt like my lower back might just give up on me one day haha. can you do a segment like this on hip thrusts and plank variations (spiderman, side to side etc), bicycle crunch, v tucks etc. my lower back tends to curve upward a bit when i do crunches or leg lift and causes me pain. the video would definitely help me a lot!

Could you also do a video about do's and don'ts for skin and hair(styles) during/pre/post workouts? I know I can check from other media but I trust your content! Advice from my own experience: don't tie your hair tight and avoid ponytails. I've lost my hair by at least one third and I know I haven't been nice to my hair during workouts. Thought I can endure because I used to have really strong hair and I am 26, be nice to your hair and put your diet as highest priority, before it's too late!

@@pure_soul_forever I tie up my lower half in a ponytail, than I tie up the upper half (front hairline) together with the ponytail with another hair tie. You definitely feel less tension! But it's not the most convenient because in the end my hairties have all fallen off (heavy workouts, haha). Braids should also work but my braids are the worst hahahaha.

Ab and lower belly workouts, because doesn't matter what I do my lower back keeps on arching. So I don't feel the workout in my abs, just feel the pain the my neck, lower back, and hip flexors. I have been going back to beginner's workouts aswell for abs, but I still struggle. Any advice how to do that properly☺️☺️ Love you videos and workouts❤️💖

I regularly do your workouts in the morning, from today I'll follow all these valuable tips One question if you could answer me, for plank up down which I see in a number of your upper body workouts, I find it very difficult to keep up and my body seems to break down by the second circuit. Yessss you can! It’s better to go on your knees and still engage your core, rather than swaying your hips and do not perform the movement correctly.

I lost 6 kg in 3 months! . I have been eating clean homemade Indian meals all around these 3 months and done your upper body, lower body, functional core, kick boxing, traditional conditional training and HIIT Yoga:) However whenever I plan to have cheat meal I tend to become extremely guilty after that, even if I portion controlled it. Please make a video on cheat meals and what to do and not to do the day after. Any little tips on this would be highly appreciated! 🙏❤

If you feel the strain on your wrists, perhaps you can place your hand on a low stepper to take the pressure off your wrists slightly. You can also try doing push-ups on your knuckles and see if it helps
