It’s the best medication with few sides effects if you are careful enough not to hurt your joints, that’s what i tell patients, physical activity is a must for people suffering from chronic disease earlier you start the better

Currently recovering from covid. I used to work out a lot but now I feel weak. Trying to take it once step at a time and not be too hard on myself. This was the perfect challenge for me trying to regain my stamina

I am 67 years old and try to follow your workouts to a T - I also mix it up each day. Today I did your 15 min. standing abs and 15 min morning exercise. I am dripping wet. Great way to start the day. Now, excuse me, while I go take a shower. :-)

Joanna, could you make an upper body strength training workout with no high plank? I am strong but have tendon injuries. I do your pushup workouts on my fists so I don't have to bend my wrists but it is hard! Thank you so much for everything you do!!!!
