Joanna! I love u and your workouts soo much!!!!!!! You’re my favorite KZbin personal trainer. I’ve tried so many other workouts but I don’t enjoy any as much as I enjoy yours. Your movements are well thought out and fun. I love how u encourage through the workout. I always get a good sweat. Please keep going

It’s the best medication with few sides effects if you are careful enough not to hurt your joints, that’s what i tell patients, physical activity is a must for people suffering from chronic disease earlier you start the better

This was a great workout,Joanna Soh!!!!! The coordination of the move were a little hard at first but then I got it! Currently recovering from covid. I used to work out a lot but now I feel weak. Trying to take it once step at a time and not be too hard on myself. This was the perfect challenge for me trying to regain my stamina

I am 67 years old and try to follow your workouts to a T - I also mix it up each day. Today I did your 15 min. standing abs and 15 min morning exercise. I am dripping wet. Great way to start the day. Now, excuse me, while I go take a shower. :-)

Stop sugar, and count your calorie intake daily. Do exercise regularly. You can Google for more details. I’ve been following joanna since 5 years back

Joanna, could you make an upper body strength training workout with no high plank? I am strong but have tendon injuries. I do your pushup workouts on my fists so I don't have to bend my wrists but it is hard! Thank you so much for everything you do!!!!
