Joanna I did this workout a couple of days ago and thought it pretty easy to be honest. BUT 2 days later I can really feel ALL the muscles worked protesting- so I reckon it was tougher than I realised! I just LOVE your workouts. Thank you so so much for all the time you give to us. It's SO appreciated.

YES....short and sweet!! Kind of fell off my weight training routine ever since I got c@vid back in February and it's been a struggle to get over the extreme fatigue...thank you Joanna 😍👌🏿💪🏿
