I've been a vegan since 1958. I'm 75 and out living every one I've known or at least healthy compared to them. I spent time in a correctional facility and lost 60 lbs in 3 months and I'm just learning how to gain muscle from exercise and eating even better not that I haven't eaten healthy in the past but I'm more controlled about when and what I consume. Bon appetit and we're overpopulated and need to thin the herd.

Yes! Lifting weights (carefully) is most beneficial for octogenarians! The science proves this. I went vegan just under 10 years ago at age 44 and my scarily high bad cholesterol, triglycerides and blood pressure all fell like a stone to just above normal in under 9 months and my blood tests prove it. My doctor accused me of taking statin medication. “No, Doc” I said, “I just went vegan!” Also, my gains in the gym while vegan were the fastest and biggest of my life. I stopped lifting 7 years ago after a stupid kitchen accident, but I’m still around my college weight and look pretty ripped. My great-uncle went vegan at 90 and lived to 105 still sharp as a tack and had a personal trainer to the end. The sooner you go vegan, the sooner all of the benefits begin. That’s not even accounting for reduced animal suffering (the whole point of veganism) and helping to save the biosphere from climate change, pollution, land use, water use, etc. BTW, the food is DELICIOUS and so much easier today than ever before. I made this for everyone: MemesForVegans.com (No ads or tracking!) For the vegan-curious: MemesForVegans.com/GoingVegan

Burnhard is a fascinating guy. His story, too, is totally fascinating. I became Vegan a few weeks ago, and it has had many benefits already, such as waking up earlier, improved blood pressure readings, slow but generally steady weight-loss (I am morbidly obese), and most of all a feeling of inner cleanliness, and daily regularity. I have a coffee in the morning and again in the evening, but it makes me feel a little dirty inside, so after hearing this I intend to try to give it up. I found giving up cheese and eggs and dairy easy ( even though I enjoyed them) and giving up all flesh was easy, but coffee has been the hard one - up till now that is. I had a cup of coffee about half an hour ago. Hopefully that was my final one! Next week I am resolved to do a five day raw plant-based diet, with a bitter shot to begin the day instead of coffee. Thank you so much for posting this inspiring video.

Juicing and smoothies are good replacers. It'll give you the energy you need and that extra buzz. I've been vegan for a while, and treating my body like a temple and not a graveyard is the most beneficial and incredible. Thing. Ever.

As an Indian hindu i am vegetarian and intelligent enough to connect the dots and understand veganism is against India and Hinduism to break our civilizational cultural systems like our milk industry etc. Just like feminism, abortion rights, climate change, animal rights, human rights watch, LGBTQ, green peace , UNO, WHO etc 😢

Heavenly Father protect my children. I’m overwhelmed because I’m on my own as a single mother. My husband passed many years ago. I have no one to turn to, but you. Heavenly Father. Give me strength Lord my sons are both special needs children. Guide me as I struggle to buy groceries, and as I struggle to pay rent every month. Please keep my sons safe and protect us from the evil ones of this world.

great person, but i like to touch on one thing, juices are not raw, the fruit wit those juices in them are raw. in case people got confused with that.
@DC-pp8xfАй бұрын
I put RAW veggies and/or fruits in my juicer. How is that not raw?
@sudd3660Ай бұрын
@@DC-pp8xf it was raw before you juiced it, almost the same as calling pasta raw or bottled olive oil for raw. also whole food is raw, not juice product.
@betzib8021Ай бұрын
Dude...juices are raw according to the accepted def of raw. You can create your own dictionary...of course.
@sudd3660Ай бұрын
@@betzib8021 am am telling you that juices are raw, but you need to eat them from the fruit itself. only drinking the fluids is also a waste of nutrients. why do you defend juicing? what do you have against the whole fruit or plant?
@betzib8021Ай бұрын
@sudd3660 i am not defending juicing...I am defending the correct use of language. Juices are raw but they are a processed food. Therefore I agree that it is better to eat the whole fruit or veg. However...if a person has digestive problems that are irritated by fiber...juicing is an excellent way to take a digestive break while still receiving nutrition...but the juices should be bitter...not sweet

Not a word about food combining. Eating food from the ocean is toxic because of all the toxins in the ocean. Mercury PCB's micro plastics are absorbed by the plants. Food combining and organic are seriously important to our health and the planet
@jsblastoffАй бұрын
Pretty much every meal I eat is combined! Except sometimes I just eat an apple. Should I be combining the apple with something? It’s ok sometimes I combined with peanut butter. Ohhh.. with honey and cinnamon that’s a good combination. Also I combined beans and rice with tortillas and also salsa avocado. Wait a minute?! Like every meal is combined!!! Sweet!!!
@russelmurray9268Ай бұрын
@@jsblastoff food combining means fruit and vegetables don't combine because the digestive system can't digest them together. Defieing conventional reasoning leads to natural selection. We're overpopulated and need to thin the herd. I suggest you read Herbert Shelton's Food Combining Made East. Then again you probably aren't that intelligent

If food combining works for you, you have a compromised gut.
@russelmurray9268Ай бұрын
@@jaminwaite3867 combining food properly is most important to all. Veggies and fruit can not be digested together. The human body can't digest both at the same time. The digestive system produces enzymes for each differently. I suggest you read Herbert Shelton's Food Combining Made Easy. I seriously doubt you are capable of this. You have no idea what you are talking about
