My g ma told me to never chase men, or worry about them, when you can bet they're not worrying about you. Don't obsess about him. If he's worth your love and time, you won't have to worry or obsess. Don't be needy-a major turn off- or rush a relationship. Ever heard of love bombing? Keep your dignity, self respect, be busy, and a little distant. Men love the chase, but don't value an easily won prize. He'll show you who he is or isn't. Date long enough so you'll know how he'll act in any given situation. This is for gals of all ages. Times change, but people don't. And ladies: keep adding to that run fund l told you about, and SHUT UP about it. Be captain of your own ship! (With only your name on the deed!!) ❤️

The most recent one, a famous inspiring leader in my country, ended up just annoying me though until I thought, "Jeez, if his followers only knew how childishly ridiculous he can be in person..." ...and I walked around this hole and started down another street. Never again will I let myself get obsessed or anxiously attached to a man. I made that mistake in my last relationship. Was in love together five years. He was 67 I was 64 . After a year or less he changed and become on and off hot and cold. When he went silent treatments and block me I had so much anxiety. He cheated a few yrs later and pleaded with tears to stay with him just for him to repeat his cycle finally this June he ghosted me fo a month and popped up on July 28 to talk. By then I didn't have a desire go talk and left, walked away. I had always accepted him back but this yime I didn't feel the same for him and will never reconcile. He put me through much misery insomnia anxiety. I enjoyed your videy just now. Will take your insights go heart. Lesson learned. Waiting on a healing and not interested in dating at this time.

This is immensely helpful and summarized everything I’ve learned about relationships in this past few years. I’m 33 and I’ve been wrestling with this very issue for years. My long term boyfriend leaving me when I was 30 scared me deeply and forced me to face my attachment issues head on. I had spent many restless nights wondering how I wasn’t good enough and later got trapped in anxiety and jealousy-inducing situationships that robbed me of my peace. Not until this year I restored the love I always had for myself. I let go of the eager to control life and goals around marriage and family. I embraced what life has for me and trust the process. I start to learn from my experiences with true humility. I’m still dating, but I no longer give men the power to wreck my life and I’m no longer fixated on outcomes. Once I master detachment, I can truly begin to enjoy life and love myself

AMAZING!!!! So powerful. As women we must love ourselves enough to KNOW and beleive we are enough. We must also realize when we get hurt its sometimes because we walked into a hurtful situation knowing it was bad but we felt we needed it or we do it out of fear of being alone or out of habit. When we learn who we are and we realize our power and sit with it be with ourselves we realize once we've integrated with ourself and we become our own best friend we realize we are never alone! Walking into negative chronic cycles hirts us and causes us to be alone because we are alienating our true self from ourself hoping someone else can give us only what we can give to ourself. Such an amazing video and poem! I totaly related and was taken back to when i was going down the same street hittin up that same damn hole! So happy to be walking down a different street in love with myself and enjoying the journey of my spirituality and singlehood Everything that is supposed to happen does in Divine Timing so lets enjoy the journey not control or fear it! Thank you 🙂 This is a very inspiring video, great content. I can only agree ... life has taught me these lessons, often the hard way. Mindful detachment really does help to cope and to be present in the here and now of life. There is only so much you have influence over, so often we deceive ourselves and either engage in wishful thinking or, much worse, we worry to much. This useless worry steals your peace and energy and serves no purpose at all. Always trust yourself to find peace within ...it is never to late in life for that lesson 🎉

Hey @Ismael Gomez III...Thank you so much for making this vedios. Since past 2 days I was obsessing with a boy who has moved on with another girl without letting me know and acting to love me....He is enjoying his life and I like a dumb asshole thinking why he left me and devaluing myself that I may not be so beautiful or worth it. I was getting panic attacks since last 2 days and there was no one I could share my feeling with (not even to my family). He told me that his gf is hot and he even had spent nights with her and his words was roming around my head and asking me question that "why me??" If you had a gf than why were you hitting me...I am sharing this here so that no one can judge me ....but your words gave me strength and now I know what I have to do.❤ Thank You❤
