Thanks heaps mate, I am in Aus and had to go to Queensland to farewell a good friend. So i got a good dog sitter for the 5 days i was away. When i returned my cute puppy was bitting me all over and has lapsed in toilet training. I had him 95% trained at 16 weeks old using the methods i used on my previous Staffy i had for over 13 years and he was an angel and perfect with my young son. Now i have watched a few of your videos things are getting tiny bit better each day and he has stopped eating the leather couch atleast now. Dog sitters can be good and pamper your pet but i don't think they put anywhere near the effort i was putting in to train him properly. Your videos showed me that i have to go back to what was working and do extra on exercise.

I recently rescued a 20mth English staffy x(Nellie)found your videos and in 48hrs I have transformed her from jumping uncontrollably onto me to a girl that now sits and stays, only sitting on my lap when invited. Has stopped trying to eat from my plate. Today we will be working on walking with a lead and not completely relying on her harness to hold her. We also have a kelpieX female ( bella) that is almost 4yrs as well. I have to get a slip lead for my staffie but will use the one she came with till I can get a decent slip lead for her here in Australia. Ty from Nellie and Bella my girls and me Mary.

I'm so glad my great granny was a dog trainer/dog shower/dog breeder of terriers (Kerry Blue and Wire Haired Fox) I inherited her gene and most of this training comes natural to me! I'm a first time Staffordshire Bull Terrier owner and my girl is 6 mos now, but I've been doing everything you've suggested in the video just by instinct! I am usually a Rottie person and they are a powerful breed but a breeze to train and have a quiet, wait and see nature. The staffies are energetic, they're smart, but stubborn and tenacious but she wouldn't be a terrier if she wasn't!😂God bless y'all, I enjoyed this video as confirmation!!❤️🐾

May I suggest you make it clear, that you are addressing a puppy problem - both in the title and in the videos intro. As it is, it makes one think, that the video is about adult Staffies and if I didn't know better, it would make me think, that Staffies bite, which they don't; except for when they are puppies 🧡

Hmmm, there are several million people of Dutch descent in the U.S., including something like 30,000 recent immigrants/expatriates. Entire towns in the midwest are ethnically dutch, with tulip festivals and the whole nine-yards. Meanwhile I believe there are about 15,000 dutch immigrants/expatriates currently in the U.K.. I´m not sure I follow your reasoning on choice of breeds...

Give it a bit more time, train him/her a bit more, get the relatioship on 100% with you two first, then try with family, also include them in trainings, let them stand behind you and watch, include them in plays too but be very strict if they bite them. I let my daughter "check" if i did good training with my staffy after we are done, i help if she doesnt listen, but all together that works pretty well, for me at least, also give your family treats to give your puppy and praise them when they did something good.

I got a a white red nose Staffordshire Bull Terrier but they have brown safe that was bullied by his mother and brothers and sisters and a couple other pitbull dogs and everything I could do to break him of it he is an adult now 8 years old he's just headstrong and I don't know when it's going to happen but he just goes right after another dog that he does not like sometimes and sometimes that dog will come right at him too how do I stop I'm taking off on me when I don't expect it and make him stay brought right beside of me to take the leash off or when he sees another dog sometimes he gets aggressively excited and I make him stop it because when he's with me super loving protective me hugs kisses he's very friendly one on one and is a super dog he just does not like other dogs how do I stop that because his mom used to run up to him and make him bow down all the time and the owner bus at his mom sister was very rough with my dog and now he's got a temper issue sometimes towards other dogs I don't know when it's going to happen put some. He really loves how do I correct this I got a Shock collar and I take him to the dog park and the people at the bar love him but just some dogs he does not like how do I stop that from him taking off don't expect it

I’m concerned about my Stafford pup who is 16 weeks old. I’ve socialised her daily since 8 weeks and drives in the car, toy playing, treats also crate training. Sleeps right through the night 9pm untill 7am. She can sit shake roll over, wee on command. BUT. Tonight she wouldn’t settle and quite zoom, so I took her for a 20 min walk. Then got home still bitey and restless, gave her a toy and she’d roll over on the ground wanting to nibble feet, placed toy in mouth but restless. I put her in the crate and she went mental, it actually scared me. She was scratching the floor erratically and growling and biting the cage, turning around, ripping the blanket. She even looked distressed. Please what is this. I feel like giving up. I had a staff 25 years ago and don’t recall anything like this. She’s papered and parents DNA tested.

I have similar problems with our pup she is 10 weeks, also biting and her teeth are so sharp. She follows basic commands but is extremely stubborn at times. I'm thinking puppy school but im not sure if I should spend the money or wait it out and see if she outgrows it.. I'm going to try this style in the video and if it doesn't stop then I may reconsider things with school.

Gotta keep in mind most bull and terrier breeds such as amstaffs, staffy bulls and pitbulls are still game bred dogs at heart what I’ve noticed that helps with all pitbull like breeds is redirecting that drive with more intense workouts such as a tease poll or weight pulling and if possible a dog treadmill.

I've been patient and consistent with him saying a firm 'NO', distracted him with toys, tired him out with walks and play, grabbed him by the scruff saying NO, pinned him down (Not hurting him of course) and even growled at him. Nothing Works, he is only focused on Biting me! He even ignores his toys to bite me! Every part of me, even my face... Do I have a Mentally unstable dog? Or are all puppies like this? Well, about puppy biting... In my dog's case it is kind of weird. I own a German Shepherd (work line) and yes, he did have that. Well, he's 6,5 yo and he still kinda has it... I NEVER actually stopped him from doing that with me but I taught him to play with HIS teeth on my hands in a nice soft manner and he has learnt it and I've ALWAYS been (and still AM) able to put my hand between HIS teeth without getting hurt. Somehow, the animal seems to have understood that this "game" is off-limits with other people (actually, it is a big "no-no"). I also must say two things: 1) I do exercise my dog enough, and always have done so. 2) I do love my dog, I know he feels that (the opposite os also true) and I am an affectionate owner, albeit a dominant One from the very begining. I am the Alfa of this pack, and this much has always been clear to my dog. Maybe these things have player a role on him NOT nipping/biting other people. Maybe he considera this a "game" to which ONLY I AM entitled, who knows... He is good with people, enjoys being partted and he is PARTICULARLY OUTSTANDING with children, including the ones he's NEVER seen before. He's quite protective of me, though, and has given Proof thereof in a completely assertive manner at least twice! I do love my dog but I hope I have mannaged not to humanize him too much in this message. Cheers from a Portuguese regular viewer of your videos in Portugal! Thank you for your excellent vídeos! PS - The Staffordshire Bull Terrier seems to be growing in me... How weird! I normally prefer big dogs... But this Breed is small but stocky... No ladies' dog... Hum...

Stop the 'reassurance lies' ... a dog with biting tendencies in its genes will NOT outgrow it or 'get loved to be reasonable' . In court, a judge considers a dog your property and any damage it does ... YOU are responsible for. And a judge can order a dog destroyed and you cannot do anything about it. Get a real rehabilitator of troubled dogs and skip DIY nonsense and a local 'behaviorist' or medical doctor. If you are sued, you will pay for a lawyer and possibly a large fine and damages. And if it your own family member injured, you can have that problem as well (your dog may hurt a child of your sister-in-law, for example). Wise up!

After a terrible 2022, shell-shocked financial backers have a lot to think about and losses to recover from. An expansion report and a wealth of other data did little to alter assumptions that the Central bank would likely keep raising interest rates regardless of whether the economy slows down. This implies that portfolios will experience more losses during the first quarter of 2023. I'm currently at a crossroads deciding whether to exchange my $250k security/stock portfolio; how might the continuous market volatility work to my advantage?

Concentrate on two main objectives. First and foremost, keep yourself safe by knowing when to sell stocks to reduce losses and maximize gains. Second, prepare yourself to gain from a market turnaround. I advise you to seek the advice of a representative or financial counselor

@@MarcelPhilips In fact, ever since Coronavirus, I've been in regular communication with financial examiners. Nowadays, buying moving stocks is quite easy; the trick is knowing when to buy and when to sell. The section and leave orders for my portfolio are made by my counsel. accumulated more than $550,000 from a $150,000 savings that was initially stale.
