@AchillesWrestlingWorld Yeah no problem I've been watching alot of your videos I would say use less random video clips in the middle of the explanation it breaks my focus on the movement especially with 3 or 4 on one movement. Thanks!

Is there any variation on suplex that can work on much heavier people?
@AchillesWrestlingWorld3 ай бұрын
I would say that probably the belly to back suplex works better against heavier people as there are less chances of them countering. But it's a higher risk of injury move for your opponent as they are landing on the back of their head.

Thank you for your video. I have a question about the fall. Is the fall in this version of the suplex any harder than a fall from a hip toss? Or are they comparable?
@AchillesWrestlingWorld8 ай бұрын
In all fairness I think this one is the worst. Just because it’s mainly their upper end of the body that takes the hit and all the energy dispersion goes towards their head. So over the year I’ve seen some pretty nasty concussions from similar move. In competition and training. I think with a hip toss you do get hit pretty hard but all the energy tends to get dispersed towards the feet. So it’s slightly safer but it still hurt. They both hurt 🫣 Make sure not to ever be at the receiving end. 🫡

safety tip i've got was to not to pull your hips into your partner's knee when you're lock him from the side
@AchillesWrestlingWorld8 ай бұрын
Absolutely as it could potentially injure the knee due to the ankle. In a comp or live sparring for this particular move you have to bring your hips low - level change- and close to your opponents knees - side penetration step - or slightly below so you can take their base off. Equally you need to get under their centre of gravity so you can load them up, airborne them and perform the throw. For this particular move this is what worked for me very well over the years. I hope my channel helps you in your wrestling journey ;)
