Hey Alan, does Deadlfting explosively gives me more power to Deadlift heavier weight? Or should i just keep deadlifting with a normal bar speed? Anybody is welcomed to answer this for me, BTW im 5'8 at 140lbs with a 285 deadlift with less than 3 months of training. THANKS

I think explosive deadlifts will cause you to hyperextend your back unintentionally and cause lower back injuries. Anyways I've never tried it. If you want to build some explosive strength you should do Olympic lifts.
