@airrosti I got some little bruises on my leg on the tender areas after I used the roller. Can I still do the exercises on the roller or should I wait for the little bruises to go away?

I need to do the IT band stretch but can't put weight on my shoulder like this. Anyone have suggestions?

I know it's been 3 mo. but I usually do a standing stretch. Cross one foot over the other so the outsides of your feet are touching, then bend at the waist like you're doing a hamstring stretch. You should feel the stretch on the outside of the leg of the rear foot.
