I have that massage gun and I am currently having hip and thigh pain, so this video will help me as I work on my muscles this evening.. Thanks!!

Thanks very much. Watching you use the gun in different areas is very helpful. I want to make sure that I do not massage on bone. So it is very helpful to watch you actually using the massage gun.

Hi Robin. For the Psoas Muscle I also would recommend a completely different exercise it is called TRE and is developped by Devid Berceli. You can find video's and information online. It helped me a lot. (15 years of tight Glutes and Psoas muscle)

What recommendations do you have using a massage gun on pre-or posthip surgery? As with replacement etc.

This information was fantastic! I ordered and received a Rotai message Gun for hip soreness I just couldn’t beat. I’m 68 and don’t consider myself sedentary but finding prolonged sitting is my worst enemy. BTW though I have yet to try my new gun (it’s charging) I am REALLY impressed with the gun, attachments and case for just $40.00. Will follow up with my self treatment! Love you Guys!😊❤️

Got a massage gun for Christmas. I’m a 67 year old and like playing golf. My hip and knee on my left side are usually sore after playing or practicing. Thanks for the video.

Can I use a massage gun on my hip after a hip replacement? I had mine nearly 18 years ago and had some sciatica trouble over the last year. Went to an osteopath who did deep tissue massage that helped a bit and was wondering if I could do that myself with a massage gun. Advice very much appreciated, Thanks, Stef

Thank you from me to all your valuable videos, I just need to know why don't you make videos about shoulder tendenosis when there is damage to the tissues? I've been suffering for years and my condition is not getting any better no matter what I've been doing so far. Could you kindly enlighten me, please?

Bob and Brad You guys are awesome 😎‼️ I was wondering if you can use it in other places than your hips? I’ve got bunches of trigger points (I was injured really bad when I was just 23 from heavy work). Over the years it’s gotten worse. I get Cortisone shots every third month from neck & shoulders & also my lower back. I don’t have a referral for my hips, but they’re pretty bad off. Can I use this on my neck and shoulders & on my lower back? I also have a couple of places under my knees & they bother me a lot. It would be great if this could help me so I, at least, won’t need the shots so frequently. I also want to be able to decrease the intake of my painkillers. I hope you’ll see this & that you could take the time to answer 🙏🏼❣️

Love you guys. I do in-home PT as a PTA and developed severe B hip pain, seemingly overnight. My pain seems to be located focal to the hip flexors and origin point of the hamstrings and radiates approx 4 inches down at each area, almost feels like a painful stiff band of mm and is most painful when I first stand or get out of my car. The pain is now radiating to my B medial knees. Very troublesome. I just purchased one of your guns, the T2. Should arrive tomorrow and I can't wait. Please keep the videos coming!!!!

I bought the C2 and was not sure what the differences are between that and the X6 one? Wondering if I should exchange and upgrade.
@BobandBrad3 жыл бұрын
The X6 is more intense, we like to refer to it as our mega gun :) The C2 is very powerful as well, but the X6 is a bit above that for people who need a little more oof
@dorothy1353 жыл бұрын
@@BobandBradThank you. The C2 seems pretty strong and was a good buy with Amazon coupons. I just wondered if reliability or sound levels or aspects like that were different. The C2 is very nice.

Hey guys. I used a massage gun for 4ish months now on my thighs and upper legs and butt, but I think I overdid it. I used it 3 times a day for 10 minutes each session on each leg. That is because I was bedbound and I needed relief from sitting. I'm now worried I may have damaged my muscles... can it be permanent damage? Should I go check it out?

I am seeing and reading way to much contradictory information about using Massage guns for piriformis syndrome. I wish everyone in the medical community could get on the same page here regarding this issue. Either using a massage gun is beneficial or it is not. But every Video contradicts the one before it.
