Any suggestions on how to use this machine and workout the butt or other parts? Ive seen one video before where you kick out and apparently that helps the glutes but then I heard that doesn’t work at all…

While you can definitely get some great glute activation and some minor glute growth (if you’re completely new to working your glutes) using the stairmaster, I would recommend and encourage you to incorporate weightlifting workouts, even if it’s just with dumbbells initially, targeting the glutes (I have a ton here on my channel! ☺️) to most effectively grow the glute muscles! 🙌🏼 🍑With all the information out there, it can definitely be hard to know what’s actually best. 😪 If you’re looking for the smartest & fastest way to reach your fitness goals, make sure to apply for my 1:1 coaching on my website: naomikong.com and we can create your personalized plan for success together! 🫶🏼
