How to Use the Grid for Spritesheets and Tilemaps in Aseprite

I started making tiles for my tilemap in individual files, before realizing that having them all on one file was more efficient. Is there any way to add them into another file besides references, since refs don't get exported with the rest of the art?

Is there any way to automaticaly export each of diferent "tile set" into diferent images? I find this program a little dumb not recording the last option saving my tiles, so everytime i want to export i need to open the menu, pick export, change to 300% scale, pick the location and then save -.-' what a pain in the but. Add to that the "Repeat Last Export" dont realy repeat the last export, instead it opens the Export Sprite Sheet... it is realy frustrating
