Each foot has over 200k nerve endings. Stimulating these nerves can help improve mind body connection.

@@FootGeekzTV probably couldn't hurt. Not sure there are double blinded randomaized studies proving and improvement or even the existance of a "mind-body-conection." Or studies to show what improvement would manifest in sports/arts/etc if there was an improvement in this connection.
