How to Wear Boots in Summer | Style Tips for Hot Weather

In this video, I cover the different types of boots that are most comfortable when the weather gets hot, plus the type of pants and shirts that match the best with boots without getting too hot.
Then, to finish out, I show you three of my favorite spring and summer outfits to wear with boots.
Note: on outfit 3, I mention that I'm wearing an oversize t-shirt, but I'm obviously wearing a waffle henley. I recommend the oversized tee. I was just in the middle of moving and couldn't find the oversized t-shirt I was looking to show, so I tossed on the henley to approximate the look.

Good to have you back, William. Congratulations again on the move. I wear most of the same boots no matter the season and switch out my socks for the weather, but agree on the lighter weight denim and shirts. Once July hits I try to avoid outdoors until sundown. Also, I prefer this lighting situation over your previous setup that always seemed too dark to me.

I mainly wear black jeans (because work) year round often with a basic black work boot as It's suitable for almost any weather and you don't really have to style it. You can do and go anywhere any time.

They're a bit pricey, but their quality speaks for itself. Good to gradually build up a versatile wardrobe full of high quality clothes than buying up a bunch of cheap clothes to obtain a fast wardrobe. Higher quality clothes are cheaper in the long run. Just do your own research before purchasing, as you should for everything.

It all depends on the temperature. There's no way you'll be wearing comfortably leather boots of whatever type in 30+ C weather, especially in humid climates. You'll be suffering, a lot, and sweating buckets - basically shortening the life of the boot. If your idea of summer is max 25-27 C, then maybe, some of the lightest types. 30-40? Yeah, good luck. Besides, hot weather=shorts, so no boots really.
