Hello SparkleEyes. I cannot say this is how I learned to yodel in the beginning but I did do a lot of breathing control similar to this when I started getting better. I don't expect someone to watch this video and they become a good yodeler right away. I have been yodeling for over 20 years and probably best way to get good is do it all the time. If you enjoy it this should be no problem. Good luck.

Being a musician I'm always looking for different genre's of music on 331/3 rpm, 45 r.p.m. and now 78 r.p.m. records. Rock, Jazz, Blues, Rockabilly, Country and then, realizing what it was that I was really looking for.. Yodeling Cowboy music!!! I have found some real gems. Never thinking that I might try yodeling myself. Well now, that's all changed. Looks like I'll have to give it a go Mark. Too funny at least it will prove to be fun finding out. Thanks Mark!
