I've recently suffered from lower back pains and shoulder pain, with tingling sensations all through my arms and thighs. 2+ weeks of daily doses of 4 of your yoga videos= the pains are 80% gone. Your voice has a soothing quality that makes me feel relaxed. That's important as illness causes mental anxiety issues too. You're a gem. Thank you. If you can make more problem-related yoga videos I'm sure people will appreciate it. :) Example: piriformis syndrome, or yoga for people with knee problems.. arthritis..etc just suggestions.

Hi Jen, I've had back problems for 5 years now. It started with lower back pain which turned out to be a deydrated L5-S1 disc when I was 23. The pain only got worse and now most of my pain is in my upper back. My upper back is extremely tight and whenever I stretch I feel heat and pins and needles in my upper back. I've been doing your videos and they have helped me feel much better. There is back right in the middle of my spine and it is much worse than the lower back pain. My muscles are so tight all over, I also think its worth mentioning that I am flat foot. Exercise has been impossible to do and I really love running and soccer but I have learned to accept it (for the time being, i still believe i can recover even after 5 years of pain). Your videos are actually my favorite yoga videos because you go slow and have a great yoga voice.

Jen you are amazing I had very bad sciatica on the right hip down. I did physical therapy and had to use stuff like neurotin and Lyrica to give me relief from.pain. Everything was temporary. I am recovering from lifelong back problems and a back surgery 7 months ago. Jen, your videos make it very easy to tailor the stretches to my abilities. I have been using Yoga for only a short time but I am beginning to experience progress without crippling pain. Walking disability is a huge hurdle I am beginning to overcome. My sciatica has been greatly relieved by a surgery to take pressure of the nerve. I am very stiff and inflexible. Your guidance is a great help to lengthen my muscles and get moving again.

Hi. I'm a BIG fan (the woman in the picture) Just one thing: I would like it if you would talk us through into more relaxation. In this video, you spoke about bands and festivals. I found that distracting. I'm super sore and generally very tight. I find your voice very soothing and gentle. This is such an awesome, relaxing workout for pain and tension. Being older, the only thing I would change is the commentary on the music festival and artists (especially since I hear it every time I do the workout). (I have multiple sclerosis, arthritis my knees & lower back) I had hurt my back and neck and before I tried yoga, I was having excruciating pain, my sciatica flared up, my neck and head was so heavy, stiff & painful, it became difficult to function, walking for long periods was out and taking muscle relaxant interfered with my focus at work, I made a few errors & kept falling asleep. But since I begun doing some meditation, self-massage and yoga, my body has released much of the pain, my neck no longer feels as if it would break if i turn too sudden and yesterday I came home from work limping as the lower portion of my back was aching and & i was getting stabbing pain down the back of my leg. As soon as I could I got on my mat and did some of these exercises for an hour or so and now the pain is just a buzz and I can walk without limping I find it is helping so much in reducing the spasms, stiffness and depression that usually follows every time my back acts up! Holy Guacamole! Thanks Jen! I've had 5 Spine surgeries and I'm as tight as a drum and sometimes walk like a stroke victim! Especially at 62. This particular video was awesome! Just what i was hoping for ! 😇 I also have a prosthetic left knee and constant sciatic pain in my right hip. 5 years of nagging pain and sometimes unbearable torture. I can feel the difference!
