This video has improved my quality of life. At one point I was in so much pain, it was really difficult to do basic things like sitting down and standing up. I consulted different doctors and got advised for bed rest, which I did. The pain would increase or decrease in intensity but wouldn't completely go away. This went on for 4-5 months before a friend suggested this video. Honestly, I didn't think it would help, but I tried it anyway. I felt better the first time I did it, and within one week of daily practice, my pain reduced by 90%. It was nothing short of miraculous. It has been more than a year now and I keep coming back to this video when I feel like my back needs some relaxation. Thankfully, the pain is completely gone and never returned. Thank you, Jen!

I am 63 year old male from Texas living in Kuwait. I have been experiencing lower back pain for a long time and had recently started look for Chiropractors here without luck. I stumbled on to this video of yours and thought to give it a try until I found a Chiropractor. I felt relief the first time I tried it. Today is the fifth day and I have done these stretches about 7 times in the last 5 days. The relief in the lower back pain is amazing. I would say it is reduced by 75% and totally believe it will go away completely. As I practice each day, I am finding more flexibility in my body and less stressful

Hi, I'm 20 years old and recently went to the chiropractor for the first time. They told me I had some major issues with my spine - things I am way too young to be suffering from. I've had these back and neck pains ever since I could remember, and honestly thought that this is just normal for my body..until I watched your video. I have NEVER found a sequence of stretches that has made me feel this great so instantly. I feel so much lighter, free, and more flexible - all after following your video ONCE. I don't usually comment on videos, but I truly want you to know that you have sincerely changed things for me. You are wonderful at what you do. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart : )

+Natalia Kucherenko really ? Because I have back pain from sitting a lot, do you think it would help ! I did some stretches from other videos, they did help but not so much, still feel pain that really bother me so much. How long it took you to not feel pain ?
@the1stpersonever8 жыл бұрын
+AbdulMax021 I'm not sure what your situation is, but I couldn't even sleep because of my back pain. I decided that it was ridiculous that I couldn't sleep so I tried this video. Soon after I finished the exercise I was in deeper pain, but was sore enough that I fell asleep. The morning I woke up, I felt surprising better than before the exercise. I tried it for a second time and I only had lingering pain. By the third day, I didn't feel it at all. It doesn't solve you back pain forever though. Doing it everyday is ideal, but I would recommend at least once a week after you relieved yourself of the initial pain. Oh! And you have to do ALL the stretches, not just some because it'll only help fix a little of the pain not all of it. (I know because I did this once when I was in a hurry. It was the worst week ever.)
@AbdulMax0218 жыл бұрын

Hi stormy, The keys word : Stretch, Zumba workout, Neck stretch, Back pain, Adult life, pain, 43 old. Now moving backwards in same sequence: 43 old to warned for jerking adult life (riding may be), will cause you back pain, neck pain due to front& back swings, workout will worsen followed by stretch, bad at the end. try: doing all things at different timing.

This video is perfect. I'm a fit and healthy-eating 62-year-old male, yet when I do strenuous lifting, I experience lower back and hip pain and stiffness the next morning, sometimes having to roll myself over and drop my legs down to the floor. The pain and stiffness goes away on its own within four days. An X-ray eight years ago revealed an old hairline crack in a lower vertebrae, perhaps from an injury as a young teen. I'm being more careful lifting and pulling things as I age, and, with success, I'm using this video, "Stretches for Back Pain Relief." Used on a regular basis, I'm experiencing less frequent lower back issues and I can come out of it and get active in two days instead of four. Thank you, Jen!

@JenniferLynn4624 жыл бұрын
Hey I was put on humira for ankylosing spondylitis about six months ago and my back pain decreased by like 75%. Have you ever seen a rheumatologist to rule out one of a few types of inflammatory arthritis of spine? If you have pain that lasts longer than six months it’s likely you have an autoimmune disease like AS or RA or something causing it. Also I like using my inversion table (hang upside down like a bat) to decompress the spine. They cost a couple hundred bucks but I think it’s worth it.

WOW! This was awesome. I am 53 and have been having back problems since i was in my 30s. I stopped using chiropractors about 2 years ago. I have been doing light stretches since. I started stretching for about 30 min. and half worked up to doing them for over an hour. They not only help my back, but they make me feel relaxed. I stopped going to chiropractors, because i noticed that the small amount of time one spends with the chiro just isn't long enough (and its too expensive for me), to really be effective. I could spend an hour in the chiro's office, but actual adjustments time was anywhere from 15 min to a half hour. These stretches are the best i have found. I was surprised to here my back crack when i put my left arm underneath my shoulder. I feel real good. Thank you very much.

Its sore now of course but i am hopeful that this has helped my pain! I'll continue to report if i see improvements. Thank you so much for all of your help.

Its still very tense but im more flexible now. I was told by a massage therapist that my back is the worst back he's seen for someone my age. Thanks to my job it got a whole lot worse. :P

***** Seems like you're going through a lot. Is your job manual labor like lifting things up and down? Just curious since a cheap back wrap can relief the pain. Just make sure you take it off during low times so your back is not dependent on the wrap. Let me know if I can help in anyway... those stretches are awesome!

I would just like to recommend a book "Pain Free" by Pete Egoscue. I won't go into details but if muscle/joint pain is a major issue in your life then this book may be helpful for you as it has been for me.

Mark EM I had a constant back pain since my child was born; he’s fourteen now. My sciatica was an issue. My hip, shoulder and my neck as well. I saw a chiropractor for about four years twice a month and I still had issues with flaring up - when it did flare up I was down and up for about three months at a time. I used togglecode.com/backpain. I think they have got a good program.

Loving all the movements. Anyone with shoulder or back pain should follow this routine. I was diagnosed with 2 slipped disc locations at my neck and lower back 3 months ago. I had done some chiro that helped me straighten my back posture hence releasing my pain points. After the chiro session I didn’t need to go for surgery anymore. However, I still have pains sometimes. After trying out just this 15 mins stretch, I feel so relieved instantly. All the knots and tensions at the right places was released. And I can breathe...thanks Ms Hillman. This is my go to yoga moves every time I have back ache.

evendarkness I was unable to do a lot of things. I couldn’t sit on the floor easily, it hurt my back. I could not kneel at all; just bending down picking something up from the floor. Now I’ve been working for just four weeks with the exercises and I can tell, I’m just more fluid I think. Thanks to togglecode.com/backpain

Those exercises might help you to relief from your pain for minutes or hours but not for ever. I love those guys for workout, but this, this is another topic. There is no as such as back pain or shoulder. it's all in our mind. please search about TMS/PPD pains or search the initiator of this idea Dr. Sarno. Nothing will heal you except your mind. Those guys who have the perfect body built, their mind think they are perfect so they don't suffer from those pains. but in reality it doesn't exist. It is created by our unconscious mind and it will be corrected just by being conscious.

@@danielnigusse8044 Have you seriously just responded to a 6 month old comment to say that back pain doesn't actually exist? Are you for real? Tell that to the people who barely have any quality of life due to the pain they suffer everyday. Get out of here with your new age, 'woke' bullshit. Pain is very real.

One of the principles in Yoga and in massage therapy is that emotional trauma can get stored in the body and by doing stretches or being massage, it can cause an emotional discharge of that trauma. It's not a unique experience. I'm glad the stretches helped. :)
