What kind of app is this one??? I tried a Hudl Technic for drawing some lines but is not really good one. Better substitute anyone ??

Transmutation phase?

In accumulation you build (muscles, technique etc. not necessarily with just snatch and c&j, but other exercises) and then in transmutation those gains are translated in increase of performance in your main lifts (in this case snatch, c&j). Picture this, you could benefit bringing your deadlift up by doing just the deadlift for not so much of your training career. Then you can use different exercises like SLDL, hyperextensions, biceps curls, farmers walk to strengthen muscles needed for increasing your performance on your deadlift.
