Wow. I'm just beginning to work as a coach for communication and I feel quite humiliated after listening to your words. That was pretty deep. I definitely have to improve my communication skillls ;-) Very valuable information - well delivered, thank you so much! There's one thing I have to disagree with: The troll/psychopath distinction. This involves judging other people, which can be extremely problematic and harmful in many ways (I can go into detail here if anyone is interested). Also this judgement is completely unnecessary. If you have the impression that other people behave respectless, cross your boundaries or whatsoever, just take an appropriate action. Maybe some "troll" just had a bad day or he could be the victim of well done propaganda and firmly believes he's doing good. Labeling any other person as "evil" is not necessary here. Just remember the saying: What you think (or say) about others tells more about yourself then about them.

I think they are in a fairly logical order now, but really you have to keep them all in mind at all times. To start, just focus on one. Make it a habit. Then move on to the next.
