IT WORKED !!!! I was getting an error message ( 0xc19a0007 ) and tried this method. Soaked for about 12 hours then used a syringe to push some clean alcohol thru the print heads. Let it dry for an hour or so and reinstalled print head unit. Got the same error message to turn off and then turn on again, which I did. Then cleaned the cartridge heads about 4 times...and now it is printing like a champ again !!! THANK YOU BRANDON...THE FIX COST ME $3.00 AND A NEW PRINTER LIKE THIS WOULD BE $150.00 !!

I really liked this video. I tried it, and the only cartridge that's not printing is the black cartridge. I guess I have to be patient and give it time. But, thank you for the great detailed video!

This method is by far the best one I tried, the other ones I tried with no luck, mine sat for 48 hrs. I did run some fresh clean alcohol with a syringe through ink inlet port after removing it from the bath and let dry , keep in mind you will get multiple errors and the printer will print screwed up test pages I had 9 pages , even got a command to shut off the printer and restart, each page printed got better and is now perfect so be patient , I feel after the deep cleaning the ink needs time to prime the head ,the next day it did not want to print, it promt me to run head alignment in "TOOLS" which failed ,ran a print report and is now normal

Question. When u 1st open the printer. Is there supposed to be a bunch of ink under the print head where they slide out from off to the right?

Trying this now, going to let it soak for a day then rinse and let air dry. I got brand new ink cartridges for it. Heres to hoping it works.

You don't clean those print head assemblies with alcohol or solvents. Hot water only - soak for 10 minutes
