I have to say that I am really surprised how well you were able to hit with those! Big thanks for testing these and all of the shout outs on the video. They were also surprisingly strong. I think I have to press some bigger ones for my "3 inch missile launcher" since these held up so well :D

I'm impressed by how true these toilet paper slugs fly, as well as their destructive power. They didn't wobble at all, just a near perfect spiral on approach to the target. Far better than many of the other custom slugs, even some of the more finely machined slugs wobbled something awful in comparison.

@@TwentyTwoSigma even if it exploded on impact it could still do good damage to lead, especially since lead is a rather soft metal. I dont think it would explode though, it would go similar to them firing it through the compressed roll I would imagine where it kinda flattens but still maintains a dense corse Especially considering they were using a vest as a backstop and that didn't fully obliterate it.

Interesting video guys. I went to HPC and watched they made these. I've followed them for some time now and am fascinated with the power of hydraulics. Showed them some love and mentioned your site there for good measure.

Yeah, with your every home hydraulic press… 10k bars pressure on them. Think shotgun produces max 1k bars. Forgot is, just watched that HPC, they told the numbers - but it was about 10 x more pressure they applied: that 10k I remember. To give an idea how high pressure that is, they bent metal bars in the process. Even the metal cylinder within which they pressed these tp projectiles, gave in some fraction of a millimeter.

Super Bitchin', Dudes!! I must say I'm impressed with the accuracy of the "missiles" from the capacitor energized launching platform that sounds suspiciously like a shotgun being "charged" via the forearm. But what do I know, right?!? LMAO What it all boils down to is that I sure as HELL wouldn't want to be on the receiving end of one when launched. I have to admit that I'm curious as to their weight as knowing that would give us an idea about how far one could be launched and delivered with any degree of accuracy and terminal effectiveness. Inquiring minds wanna know. Great work, Guys, and Danny, Superb marksmanship, Sir.

Thet weighed the test objects at the end of manufacture, they aimed for 8 gram, but may have ended up with 9. Tao sent them diameter, length and mass requirements, and they were too professional to send the out of tolerance prototype.
