Greetings! I'm Mike Maher, your guide on this breathwork journey and the host of this KZbin channel. Excellent. Regulated speed with KZbin's Adjustment choices. Works fine :) Thank you. Makes longer practice/relaxing a lot easier, even in daytime.

How did you adjusted the speed if you don't mind? Made it higher speed or slower? I tend to have different speed between inhalation and exhalation if I don't control it. Or different times to be more corect

@@Lotuspriestess I prolongued the intervalls by playing it on lower speed. Longer exhales work well for me as well. Adrian Cox and Breath Yoga has a free mini course on Resonant Frequency Breathing where you can download trackar with longer exhales, in different intervalls (not the extremely long ones) but those films are much shorter than this video.

I play this while working, almost every day. It helps me ease down the stress, and Focus at the task am doing (depends on the task obv :D) Thank you very much!

Most time i do this exercise my hrv actually decreases instead of increasing according to my oura. I wish i knew what I'm doing wrong 😢

I think it would be much more relaxing if, after explaining the technique, you ceased talking and allowed the sounds to guide and the music to relax.
