Good morming Will. I have this and even after cortisone injections & PT for my right knee I still get flareups of severe inflamation. I was admittedly cautious trying these excercises yesterday, fully expecting to have discomfort this morning. I did all 3 excercises, 2 sets of 15 of each, twice. I am so excited and GRATEFUL TO YOU because I have NO PAIN OR DISCOMFORT this morning and fully plan to add these to my regular routine! Thank you Will. This is a life changer!🐦🔥💃💪🔥

I walk like this. I've had a right hip replacement 5 months ago and am waiting for my left to be done. I have moderate arthiritis in my knees any strengthening exercises are great. I had steroid injection in both knees yesterday so will start these today. Thanks Will

I also had injections in my knees this past October. Was sure that surgery was in my near future. But have been doing your exercises to increase strength in my legs and gluts and the pain is gone! I do them every day as you instructed and feel so much better. We thank you for taking your time to help us!! Try to watch all of your videos and pass on to my friends.

Wills vlogs are very informative, I have seen his vlogs on Sacral illiac joint dysfuncton, and i walk with a limp and now my right side is over compensating for my left si joint, and more recently chronic Sciatic pain with compression and painful shooting pains, i would love it if WILL could do a vlog on walking with si joint dysfucntion .I was having weight bearing issue also so my mobility has become worse and more painfull to walk than ever before

Good luck with the ortho specialist. I didn’t find the one I went to very helpful for the prevention of further deterioration in my uninvolved knee. Cheers.

I seem to recall, when I was a young woman, being told I "ought" to swing my hips more as I walked, to "be more attractive". I hope this advice isn't still being handed out as it sounds unhealthy both physically and psychologically (though that's a whole other story). Luckily for me I always preferred to stick with my ballet training - though it can err in the direction of excessive stiffness if too strictly applied...

I went on a cruise about a year ago, and saw so many people walking like this that it really puzzled me so I googled it. I think I read that it can be caused by hip problems. I thankfully do not walk like this but some friends do. I’m not going to say anything because it won’t be well received ☹️

Hi Will, the single leg dip very hard to do. Left knee buckles when standing on it. Any alternatives?? Thank you in advance Jan

Less than trendelenberg gait. I see folks who (possibly to avoid it?) swing all their weight over the weightbearing leg and carry the other leg forward WITHOUT the pelvis dropping. Is this a precursor or a totally different problem?

I almost forgot to say in my last comment that I have two injured ACLs (one torn through). Is this exercise still appropriate?

Recently had a hip replacement, 8 weeks ago. Xray identified a pelvic tilt due to pre operation compensation. I have been working my glutes, more specifically the minimus and medius.......these exercises should help?

Are you talking about “the swing in a woman’s backyard “? Or is there something different? What about allowing the SI joint to get some mobility and not getting stiff?
