Doctors don't know it all. They "try" to treat your medical condition. In a way you are "an experiment" to them. Why not you try on your own self. I did reverse diabetes conditions by different ways of food consumption.
I did it. My A1C was 5.9 but came down to 4.9. BP was 150-190, came down to 120. Doctor wanted to prescribe meds for both conditions, but I refused. Those conditions can be reversed through different ways of eating.. Doctors don't have it all.

Exactly. Animal fat is beneficial to our body. The one practice we need for attention is INTERMITTENT FASTING(not constantly eating). 3 meals is ok, 2 meals a day are best
Animal and quality fats like coconut oil, olive oil and seseme oil are beneficial for consumption. High fiber, no or very low sugar and carbs if you don't have insulin resistance issue. Avoid constantly eating. Practice INTERMITTENT FASTING. 3 meals a day or 2 if you can.
