在我有限的认知里,即便是把有益的食物做成汁当饮料喝就已经是错误的第一部了。饮料不用经过消化就能直接进入血液里,瞬间就引起血糖升高的负担。更理想的做法肯定是尽量直接吃入未经饮料化的原型食物,让它慢慢经过消化系统慢慢消化。

首先謝謝您的收看和反饋 蔬菜汁跟果汁有點不一樣 有些菜的糖份比水果更少 適當挑選拿捏和控制份量 菜汁是可考慮的早上飲料 當然吃蔬菜會比喝更理想 也不建議每天早上喝菜汁 但知道多一個選擇也不壞 希望有幫助 ❤️

果糖不需要胰岛素来代谢。所以果糖含量多的水果是适合糖尿病人吃的。和甜度关系不太大

看來西式早餐, 比較容易飽腹和準備。2煎蛋加2小早餐豬碎肉腸仔(楓葉糖味),再加兩二小塊面包(手掌拳頭大)。每天攪菜汁或果汁很麻煩。
