Wooooooowww 🤩 I love it!!! Thats also the best stretching routine I've found so far, super thorough and versatile! Super surprisingly I was able to do that Indian squat for the first time ever, without falling over backwards immediately because of my feet. The hoop and the stretches before it must have really brought me to my middle, how cool! 😍 I was able to do nearly all, just the one step counts were a bit hard because I do not have that much room and needed to watch my steps 😄, same for the walking in a circle. I sometimes had to stop for a quick breather (and eating a couple grapes) between changing the direction of the hoop, but whooo I was able to do the quarter turns finally! 🙌 Brilliant! Also now I want leopard print workout stuff too, it's so fun! 👍👍

Its comments like that that make it all worth it 😁 To keep the circle tighter you can keep one foot on the floor and use your outer leg to push you around, so you pivot, rather than step. this will take up less space.
