Hydro Dip metallic paints with Flat or Matte clear coat

Duracoat makes something called Dura-dize and a metallic collection that looks pretty close with a flattening agent

Laying a metallic (not metal flake) basecoat with a candy clear color and a satin topcoat is as close as you're going to get with paints. There are some decent powdercoats that replicate an anodized surface, but there's still no replacement for the real deal.

I don't get many request for candy with flat clear or satin clear... may have to try that and see what it looks like.

Why does my dipped part fade out when I put clear coat over it all the black virtually disappears It looks great before the clear and then it fades after it's cleared

Aerosol clear coats have propellant in them which will eat the pattern. Spray your first 2 coats far away and mist them on, once that dries then go back and spray like normal
