At 2:14, you mention the first McDonald's was opened in S.B. in 1955. If I am not mistaken, it is on E Street (which becomes Kendall Drive going north), which I believe was the Alternate Route 66 through the center of town; the main 66 was Cajon Hwy and Mt. Vernon Ave.

A nice video. I lived in Redlands (about 10 miles further east ) on I 10, from June 1981-April 1986. I remember I 215 (then I 15E) from 1979-1983. In (I think summer of 1983-late 1984) the highway was known as I 15E, and I 215 so that people would not get confused. From late 1984 through the present It became I 215 only.
