I’ve been missing your videos! Great to have you back! Edit: Wow it would be really interesting if i tried something like that. Im naturally a very restless person and i need some sort of auditory stimulation to keep sane. I wonder how i’d fare without any of that.

I was diagnosed with PTSD from extreme trauma. I'm considering trying a sensory deprivation tank to see if this would help. Any thoughts?

Sensory deprivation is a form of alternative medicine, so there isn't any scientific evidence that it would help any form of medical (whether it's physical or psychological) condition. Nonetheless I spent a nice moment with no external stimuli, which I found very relaxing. If you try it, take it more like a meditation session than an actual therapy, because it's not. Hey! I did study Latin for 5 years in high school when I was living in Italy! So yeah, I can understand you :) But we never really learnt it so that we could speak it. It was more to translate old texts from Latin to Italian. I didn't like learning it when I was younger, but now as I am older I think it was a good exercise to put yourself in an open mindset to learn new languages' structures. I'm also very happy to be able to understand the meaning of complex scientific terms just by deconstructing their Latin etymology :P
