In this video, I talk about her "debunked" viral TikTok salad, we make her morning coffee, and dinner is her ultra easy, ultra light spaghetti carbonara with her "secret ingredient".

GO-TO SMOOTHIE
-1 cup chocolate almond milk
-2 scoops Vital Proteins chocolate collagen peptides
-cherries + bananas
-Stevia
-1 cup ice
-antioxidants (ie. matcha powder, spinach, dollop of almond butter, cinnamon)
HEALTHY SPAGHETTI CARBONARA
-1 egg
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1 small red onion, diced
-4 slices turkey bacon
-1 lb spaghetti
-1/3 cup low fat milk
-1/3 cup grated parmesan
Directions:
1. Boil pasta - don't overcook! Reserve 3/4 cup of pasta water.
2. In a skiller, add bacon and onion and cook until bacon is crisp and onions softened and almost caramelized.
3. Whisk together egg, milk, parm, and 1/2 cup of pasta water - keep whisking, you don't want scrambled eggs!
4. Toss hot pasta with bacon and onion. Add in raw egg mixture and toss to coat. Add a bit more of the pasta water if too dry. Season with fresh ground pepper. Enjoy!
