Chef's tip for the zucchini chips: after cutting in slices, salt the raw zucchini quite generously and let it sit in a strainer for an hour. You'll be amazed how much moisture comes out. After the hour, rinse thoroughly, dry off and then bread & fry like you did. They'll be much more crispy and flavorful since they're deeply seasoned and the natural flavor is concentrated by the loss of water.

@TheGreektrojan2 жыл бұрын
Building muscle takes a lot more effort than maintaining so this is the way for most people. Spend a few years doing it 'optimally' to build a healthy, long term, sustainable base. Then transition to long term maintenance where you shift the workouts to be more enjoyable/progressing to other goals. Most fitness KZbin, even the good ones, think the ultimate goal for everyone is to gain literally as much muscle and be as lean as possible in perpetuity.

Will is becoming one of my favorite KZbinrs to watch, he provides honest fitness advice, with some food reviews and tons of innuendo jokes stuffed inside. Let's face it, Will is basically the Boston Cream donut of KZbinrs. I guess you really are what you eat.

Oh, Will, you are my absolute favorite youtuber. I just discovered you in the past month and you're truly a breath of fresh air. You've been a huge inspiration to me! I think your physique is great and total goals. Also, I'm a nurse and I absolutely hate my job so coming home and binge watching your vids is the perfect escape. Much love from shit hole Cali🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙

Glad you are happy with the results! Always hard to sustain the mental side in some instances since everyone is a critic or has an opinion. But truly your own opinion is the only one that matters. Keep up the good work Will 👏

Will is the same weight as me and he looks incredible while I'm stuck at over 20% body fat with a bit of a gut and weak as hell. Time to start doing a better job of tracking my macros in My Fitness Pal and, ugh, do more cardio. At least I've been getting stronger, even though I'd still be considered weak.

6:42 Man, those pecs 😳. I'm amazed and pretty disappointed at how people call you fat because you don't have shredded abs. It just shows how distorted our perception of "good" physiques are, specially being compared with people enhanced. It sucks being mean on the internet became the default. Anyway, you keep slaying king, it's always great to see your videos 🥰
