@@killercon2735 i dont really know thats up to you in the zen 3 announcement lisa su said that they had changed the way the peices of the cpu interacted with the cpu die was going to be different the way they interacted wa going to be less jumbled up and the 5000 series was going to have the parts that interacted with the cpu would be in strait lines and would therefore make proccesing data much more better but overall i dont think its worth it for people who want budget builds.people who hubly appreiciate there gaming pc its not worth it you need a x570 or b550 motherboard supporting b550 or x570 chipsets to utilise things like pcie gen 4 for faster storage and faster read times for pcie ssds you can bet anything that people who own rtx 30 series cards will pair their gpus with the new 5000 series cpus and unless intek can get their cpus back into the fight i dont think they will stand a chance against amds increasing popularity and better value unless your a hardcore gamer who wants 5000 fps in csgo or warzone i dont think its worth it you should just stick with the 3000 series cpus and stick with your rtx 2070 and call it a day all the amd hype got everyone really hyped until the benchmarks coming from forums and websites come and proper benchmarks you shouldnt by the 5000 series chipsets because it would be a huge dissapointment if the 5000 series amd cpus end up not that much faster then the 3000 series considering the price its at i wouldnt go for it if you want mor information on the chips and other peoples opinions go to google and putting in the fact that x570 and b550 motherboards dont come in cheap there twice as much in cost compared to b450 motherboards and below. At the end of the day its down to your opinion to what you want to get if your a humble guy and your fine with your ryzen 5 3600 dont bother you most likely wont feel a difference unless your playing hard to run games.but going over to the nvidia side of things the new 3070 thats coming out soon will be woth it the 3070 is 2x faster then the 2080ti maybe even neck to neck in performance that raises its value as the 3070 is £500/$500 compared to the 2080 ti thats half the cost maybe even more if its from a retailer in the gpu market like EVGA or MSI and Asus with more performance its worth it

Why you are simply just use Docker instead of VMs? It is much simpler and it is doing the job that you need running other OS parts in containers. Also you can code from the same machine ( like your case Windows ). Give it a try and I'm sure it will worth it.
