It's a goal of mine to have a home gym. I'm an introvert myself, and lose so much motivation going to the gym in the winter in NE Ohio. Like I don't wanna get bundled up to get out of it, get sweaty, pull it back on, go home and peel it off and shower lol it's a chore. It would be fun to train with my husband 😊

Legit home gym set up. Check into Jack shaft opener for you garage door, it will put the opener in the front and eliminate the opener and chain in the center of your space also will lift the tracks on the side and give you more ceiling height space when the door is open

So I wanted a full dumbbell set because I typically train with multiple people and I’ll also do bootcamps where I have like 10 people at a time so it made sense for me. The adjustable dbs go up to 125lbs too whereas my dbs go up to 100 and I wouldn’t have space for extra dbs.
