I started watching all of this when the med crew started. I'm glad you're keeping the boat stocked, you guys are essentially a content creator boat at this point and it's so great to watch everyone's viewpoint. I think you guy's would benefit a lot from more social engagement, have you thought about live streaming your adventures or creating a community discord? You live such a unique lifestyle I'm sure streaming some of it would BLOW UP if that's something any of you 5 were interested in. Love your content keep up the great work!

Jack take a word of filet advise from an old salt? Outline your filet with knife not going in to the flesh more than 1/2" then from the point in the skin at the top of the head separate the skin from the filet all the way to the tail... then finish your filet from the body with the skin already detached. Finally for the bloodline run your knife down the midline on either side of the filet and I guarantee you will improve your filet time considerably and look like the pro s doing it.. This is specifically for Mahi by the way.

Always leave the fish connected at the tail after first cut then flip and skin it. Much easier and less waste of meat than trying to do it on individual pieces. Just something I learned from my Dad as a deep sea fisherman. Wrap those steaks in bacon and grill’em up! Glad to share the secret marinade if you would like! Love it! ❤️🎣
