Yeah it's a little too intense in my opinion. So much cardio to start and then a few crunches, you don't need to be passing out to get healthy or lose weight in my opinion.

I have a feeling everyone hates burpees. 100 burpees is fucking intense. EsPECIALLY if you actually add a pushup to the routine. I doubt they did - but thats not the point. This workout is super easy and probably really fun too (for me at least) if I omit the burpees. I would rather run 8 miles and I hate running 💀

Do u have any reccomendations? kpop workouts do nothing for me :( i hit gym and swim and do rugby. I hoped to try kpop workouts for an hourglass look but they did NOTHING and i did NOT feel tired at all. Im stuck with this man build for life :(((

its all about the progress! the workout says to do 4 set of 25, but feel free to change it to fit your fitness level eg. 25 the first day, 30 next day etc whatever can challenge you progressively!

​@@hannaukimthere's 2 episodes of SKZ code called Dwaekki Gym. Plus one video of Changbin, Chan, Lee Know and... I.N (?) doing warm-ups and floor workout, exchanging their fav exercises. They all go into detail of the number of repetitions, rest times, etc... I mixed all that with stretching warm-up exercises you see them doing before stage in all the SKZ Talker episodes, and dancing to a bunch of SKZ songs (Miroh remains my fav for cardio, Maniac for abs, Back Door for arms), and that makes me a nice 45mn gym routine that is 100% SKZ focused. Changbin's spirit is with me all the way , especially when I consider skipping a day 😅 Result is I have strong legs (25 squats kills), I am building tones arms, my core abs are no joke now, and I went from unable to survive the Miroh chorus back in March to now being able to dance half of the song and sing it without losing breath 😊 My biggest challenge is planks... doing them on Thunderous, trying to survive longer every week (started from last chorus to end of song, then dance break to end, currently at bridge till the end, still not surviving over 1 minute... 😅)

I’ve been doing this for about three weeks now and I’ve sort of come to enjoy it used to take me at least 45 minutes to finish but now it’s a lot shorter due to the fact that I’ve separated the different workouts into reps and take two to one minute breaks as well as stretching before and after each workout 😉👍 try it or not 😅

@@wonyliv_ im sure youre gorgeous!! But i personally do tennis which gives muscles and for core and body strength i like individual exercises like burpees and crunches and leg raises. Hope this helps :)

I did it for 2 weeks! (video on that coming soon) but glad to hear the video was of some sort or help 🤍 Results does take time to show, but alongside the exercise I also ate in a calorie deficit :)

I am 12 and i am doing this workout for a week Day one: omg its so tiring i couldnt get through the burpees so i only did like 20 my weight at the end of the day was 124.5 lbs and my waistline was 29 inches Day two: i felt a little dizzy and still couldnt get through the burpees (i only did 7 😭) the jump squats were surprisingly easier and i loved the crunches my weight and waistline were both the same as expected

@@peachapple960 i think you should, as someone who is also 12 i have tried this workout but simplified and it was pretty, and i mean really bad. well, the main reason people work out at such a young age (as in these hardcore workouts) can be mainly from insecurities abt parts of their body for example

DOING THIS WORKOUT FOR A WEEK❤ pls like so i dont forget day 1: ✅ ran so mich with my friends. sweated literal buckets 🪣 day 2:idk check or not bc i did like a quarter of the workout. i did run a good amount and was active. i got SO much muscle tho. love it i feel stronger. lost a pound or so aftee one day. day 2: idk check or not bc i did only the jumping jacks and burpees and a little bit of russian twists abd hip twists got not as much muscle but active. day 3: only jumping and burpees ill try to do hip twists and russian twists.

I tried this for a 2 weeks with days to rest in between, but ultimately had to stop because it kept hurting my joints. Which makes sense cuz I jumped into it with no previous workout routine or regimen (and I’m quite heavy [1.74 pounds, 79 kg] for my height [5’0 ft, 159 cm]). I would advise to start with a less grueling workout, with baby steps (not that I’m following my advise lol, I mostly spend my time laid in bed), or you could hurt yourself badly (did I mention I threw up the first few days of doing the exercises?). Anyways, take care of yourselves and don’t over exert yourself for the so called “immediate/quick results” that are ultimately hurting you; do your research first! Much love 💕

Do u have any reccomendations? kpop workouts do nothing for me :( i hit gym and swim and do rugby. I hoped to try kpop workouts for an hourglass look but they did NOTHING and i did NOT feel tired at all. Im stuck with this man build for life :(((

I did it for one day and I was sweating like crazy after doing the entire workout 😭 it’s so painful but definitely worth it!! You should try it out! Don’t give up

I did this and I'm still doing it. I couldn't do 100 burpees at once so I started with 25 then 50 then 75 and then 100. Doin 15 burpees like JK is so easy now 😂

I started dng this workout yesterday and it's not as easy it seems and my weight is around 68kg (i have bone weight to ) Day1: went a little rough I did 100 star jumps and 30 burpees cuz i couldn't do a 100 burpees 😅 plank crawl and plank twist went good and crunches i could nly do 50 Day 2 today I did again but I was not as tired as day 1 I could nly do 25 burpees rest all went smooth hope I have some progress tomorrow (plz do like this cuz I want to keep updating u guys abt my progress I'm very bad abt remembering so I may forget to give update here )

The issue with such intense exercises that can literally make you PASS OUT is that they're so hard to keep consistent, most people will give up after a week of no results. The most important part of exercising is not how strenuous it is on your body but staying consistent with it, you'll probably have better luck losing weight with a softer exercise that you can keep up with and add more difficulty to as you get stronger!

a tip for the burpees do them in sets. if your super out of shape do 10 burpees and a break between sets. if your in the middle do sets of 15 with breaks between sets. if your in shape do 25 with breaks between sets. I do the le sserafim workout and when i first started i did 10 sets of 10 and worked my way up to 25 per 4 sets but make sure the breaks are long enough that u won’t pass at if u want u can put ur legs up to get the blood going

I’ve just done it. Here tips 1) do some 10-15 minutes stretch before (i did 12 min stretch by madfit) 2) if you are tired, make pause more often 3) if you are totally hopeless start from less exercising (for example- instead of 100 burpees - 50) 4) don’t overwork yourself but be persistent.

Dude that’s legit the workout I did 5 times a week for a whole year during ballet… the teacher would yell and scream at us while we did it and if you couldn’t finish in time you would be punished… this video brings back memories 😅

I’ll just skip burpees- I don’t even know if I can do 100 star jumps 😭 it is 00:29 and it’s time for my daily burst of energy so I’m not expecting much from myself, at the same time I expect perfection ✨ I’ll edit this late to update you on how it goes Edit: i did Star jumps: 68 Burpees: skipped Squat jumps: completed ✨ Plank roll up: completed to super shy ✨ Up and downs: completed ✨ Plank twists: skipped Ab crunches: skipped Star jumps: decided to do the rest so completed ✨ My elbow hurts from the up and downs and I got a head ache, but I am tired enough to sleep now! Imma just document my progress so here we go Day 2: Injuries/sick/the middle of the night: ❌✅❌ Star jumps: completed ✨ Burpees: skipped Squat jumps: completed ✨ Plank roll up: completed to get up (idc that it’s 35 seconds long it counts) ✨ Up and downs: completed ✨ Plank twists: skipped An crunches: completed ✨

In fitness you have to necessarily have to start at the hard part. You should first test your capacity and do that much. Then increase the workload as you get stronger

As a younger member of being a kpop Stan, I have been doing the le sserafim workout (on day 3 now) and I can say it’s really hard! The youngest in le sserafim is 17, the oldest 26. And as someone who is younger than 17 (I cannot disclose how much younger) I am finding it difficult, but refuse to give up! I hope this motivated anyone reading this. If I can do it, anyone can!
