I love this channel Josh you've really inspired my to branch off and start my own channel! I haven't made anything yet as I'm trying to get several videos edited to completion so I have a decent amount of content when i start...anyway this channel has greatly influenced my fishing style and the places I fish and that in turn has landed me some of the biggest fish in my life including a 45 lb flathead and a 60 lb blue cat. Check out the Red River in Fargo ND some day. World class Channel Cat fishery, plus a lot of other fish. In a couple hrs one day I caught; channel’s. Common carp, Red Horse Suckers, Sheeps Head, Walleye, Mooneye and Pike. If you go further north into Canada the Channel Cats get bigger. Plus, Fargo is a great town.

Actually below Truman Dam is Lake of the Ozarks. Warr;or Catfishing fishes there regularly. We Actually took a Veteran there today. Above Truman dam in Warsaw is Truman Lake and below thevdam is Lake of the Ozarks.

You know young man your not a bad fella, and even kinda likable. Now that you've chilled on dropping the 4-letter words every other word, and I'm no saint myself as I've been known to use one or three of those myself. Regardless very pleasant watching your videos now, even though I live not far from Lake Fork, and probably not that far to your partner's house over in the big city. I enjoy watching the ice fishing y'all boys do up yonder, and I use to fish the Elm fork of the Trinity River 30 plus miles north of Dallas long ago. Carp, buffalo, several varieties of cat fish, several species of Gar, white bass, what we call sand bass, native black bass back then, and later on hybrids, wipers, Florida strain of bass, and the occasional stripper. Most of the river up that way isn't best for fishing, because it's very narrow, deep, twisty, and flows at a very fast flow, because it is so narrow through the north side of Dallas before it spreads out to allow currents to slow greatly. But the spillway of the lake, and about 10 miles down river it goes over a spillway to slow it down for a few miles, those are the best places to fish. Are use to be, but since homeland security took over, a lotta places down here got fenced off for some bureaucratic BS reason or another. That and I've gotten old enough that I'd rather watch all ya'll youngsters fish while y'all are freezing are roasting out there, I'm in my recliner enjoying a cold glass of sweet tea in the ac. That's after tending to the chores and feeding the cows that is. BTW, how did you really like your visit to north Texas the other day? We ain't bad folks those of us born n raised here, but there's a bunch of new people that are always in a big dam hurry to get everywhere, and end up making trips three times longer, because they apparently don't know how to drive. But I digress, hope you an Mrs. Boo had a great vacation with family and friends.
