Let me show you how to make crispy fried chicken without having to deep fry in oil!

Ingredients
4 chicken thighs or chicken or choice
seasoning: chicken bouillon, salt, creole seasoning, lemon pepper (no salt), garlic powder, chicken seasoning. I used about 1/4 tsp to a pinch of each seasoning. I seasoned lightly since it was only 4 pieces of chicken, but you season to taste
1 cup self rising flour- season lightly
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp mustard
1/2 tbsp hot sauce
olive oil
Note: 1 beaten egg can also be used as a binder if mustard is not preferred.
I find that the cook time varies greatly by the size of the chicken, cut of chicken, and airfryer model. Some airfryers run hotter than others, so always adjust cook time to fit your needs. Always go by the internal temperature and how the outer coating looks. Even though I used thighs, wings is hitting!
