honest trailers is great, however I think pinch meeting with his catch phrases give it the edge. Honest trailers did team up with Pich meeting for their 100 one 1000 episode to do a honest trailer on pitch meeting.

I suppose for John Wick 5, they could set it between when he sits down on the steps and falls over "dead." Basically it's his life flashing before his eyes just before he "dies" so you have that as a framing device to be able to jump around to any moment in his past to learn more of his backstory. Maybe he visits a non-specific limbo and a cosmic entity using the faces of those he has killed torments him with visions of the mistakes of his past, why he is not worthy of peace. Basically I want to see John Wick fight some literal and metaphorical demons.

The name of the "Stares/Flares" song is "Great Ambition. I had always thought it was royalty free, but clearly was wrong. Designed for video games and movie trailers - though guessing they didn't envision Honest Trailers.

Pitch meeting was definitely funnier. In my opinion this john wick movie was the best. It's an action movie it's supposed to be a little over the top. Just don't go crazy like the fast and furious movies.

I finally watched this one about a month or two ago and all of the hype surrounding it had my hopes up and I was left feeling disappointed, underwhelmed, and confused why this was so hyped up. It's not a bad movie at all, and there are some interesting/entertaining set pieces, but also a lot of repeat scenarios we've seen too many times already which constantly erode my suspension lf disbelief. Also, with a nearly 3 hour runtime, and a decidedly anticlimactic conclusion (why don't we get to see him take down the high table!) I had to force myself to get through the whole thing in 1 sitting. If this had been maybe 1 hour 45 minutes or a more interesting villain/climax, I would be giving more praise.

Unpopular opinion: JW4 had so much action that it actually got boring for me. It took me 3 days to watch it, about an hour a day. It didn't help that I was already dissatisfied with the franchise due to them WAY over-writing the lore in JW3, and continuing down that road in 4. And the "suits of armor" just came off as ridiculous to me. I don't care how bullet proof a fabric is, it's still just a fabric. Holding it at just one point of contact isn't going to protect anything, the rest of it will flap too much to provide any resistance to bullets. Just raising your suit covered arm Dracula style would offer better protection.

I honestly didn't care that much for this movie. As cool as the fight scenes all are, I felt like almost all went on for far too long and John's suit has never felt more like magic (literal plotarmor) than in this movie. (Like he falls out of a building and lands on a car and walks it off). I still enjoyed the main character stuff, but yeah I wish I liked it more.

These movies were fun, but it did get ridiculous. By number 4 it was way too stupid for me. When physics and the capabilities/limitations of the human body are completely ignored to that extent it just isn't fun anymore. I'd rather watch an actual cartoon, since that's what these movies have become

This was my least favourite John Wick movie (too long, too many peripheral characters I didn't care about, OVER-suspension of disbelief needed and trying way too hard to expand the franchise). These were both very funny but I preferred Pitch Meeting for pointing out a lot of what I had issues with. As usual, your reaction was great!
