Morning drink 1 cup warm water lemon chia seeds sea buckthorn juice Breakfast Day1 :1 whole egg vegetables , break toast Day2 : Oats idli 3 + sambar Day3 : 150g vegetable dhalia Day4 : 2 plain small dosa + coconut chutney + sambar Day5 : egg roll ( 1 wheat chappati + egg white + capsicum) Day 6 : 30 g poha and 100 g vegetables Midmorning snack: fruit salad Before lunch 30 min back: 1 tsp ajwain jeera in 200 ml water Lunch Every day. Mixed green salad Day1 : lauki chana dal sabji + multigrain roti (150g +1 ) Day2: rajma paratha + cucumber raitha (1+ 130 g) Day3: grilled brijal + dal + multigrain roti Day4 : whole wheat bread 2 + bhaji Day 5 : dal palak + 1 multi grain roti Day6: cauliflower parata + vegetable raitha Day7 : kala chana chat + vegetables Every day : acv water Evening: makhana Roasted chana peanut Puffed rice (30 g) With 1 cup Green tea or black coffee Dinner 100g mixed green salad every day Day1: rice dal kichdi. 20 price 10g dal Day2: palak paneer rice 30g rice 30g paneer 100gpalak Day3 : hara bara kabab 30 g Day4 : 1 whole egg curry + 100g rice Day5: 2 oats dosa + 100g mixed veggies Day6: 2 oats dosa + mixed veggies Day7: oats palak tikki+ mint chutney 30 g Every night: 1 cup green tea/ camomile tea

I'm also on 3 months ( 90days) diet plan today is my 24th day and I lost 4.5 kg weight in my 20 days diet plan. On day 1 I was 76 kg and today I'm 71.5 kg and my goal is to reach 60 to 58 kg let's hope for the best. All the best to all of you to reach you're goals.😁😁😊😊

@@thikhimirchi actually mai jo diet follow karti hu wo aap nai follow kar sakte bcoz wo personalized diet plan hai. aapko aapke body ke weight, health issues etc . Iske according aapko aapka diet plan milta hai. Or mai daily cycling ya walking jese jo possible ho karti hu, exercise compalsary nai hai.

Hi Gunjan mam...i follow yu frm long tym.You are doing so grt wrk to help us.but i want to ask you a question ...i have cervical pain problem, and whenever i try to add dumbbells into my wrkouts ,,pain starts in neck n shoulder.Do help about this.because now i think i need to add weights to loose my upper body extra weight bt cervical pain is not allowing.Now a days cervical is major problem vd all job class ppl n house wives.Do help us with this issue.
