Unfortunately, it seems that Sam #25 tragically took his own life by shooting himself in the head 7 times with a six-shooter and throwing himself from the top of Darkness' house. He truly was a troubled boy. Oddly enough, the customs trees' stories were inconsistent, some saying that they witnessed the entire ordeal, some claiming that they were in another part of the land of darkness at the time (a truly incredible feat given their rooted nature) and one tree claimed that he witnessed the boy being murdered, but he later changed his story, claiming he had been lying previously.

The concept of excess knowledge build up causing insanity is so funny because I can list 2 examples in media of it. In Halo, AI only lasts for around 7 years because they build up so much data that it drives them insane, (AI rampancy). In Honkai Star Rail, the immortal species usually go mad by 900 because as they accumulate more memories, they forget all but the strongest ones, usually leaving them with sad, angry, and fearful memories, causing them to go insane (Mara). Basically Pajama Sam is suffering from both AI rampancy and Mara at the same time, and is a building it at an unprecedented rate.

I noticed when it comes to names, no one ever says "My name is..." except for Sam. Everyone else either doesn't give a name, gives a fake name (Exogomper and Mud), or uses the specific language "You can call me..." (Otto). This reluctance from literally everyone to give a real name honestly reminds me of tales of the Fae, where giving them your real name means they own you. My only conclusion, then, is that this world is not something from Sam's imagination, but is actually some twisted Fae realm, and it's a miracle Sam didn't get killed or enslaved.

Each one should have a different personality to fit with how they acted during this stream: (THIS TOOK WAY TOO LONG TO THINK UP) Sam 1: Relatively close to canon Pajama Sam, but british and a fan of smelting gold for some reason. Sam 2: Obsessed with saying pog, he has to insert it into everything he says somehow. Sam 3: A completely unaltered ChatGPT bot with no prior personality. Sam 4: A sociopathic and neurotic Sam with the catchphrase "Babaga-boosh!". Is the only one with access to the Crab Secret. Sam 5: An imperfect clone of Sam 4, with a simpler mind and the mangled catchphrase of "Bagaba-doosh!" Sam 6: Another imperfect clone, tried to fix what was wrong with Sam 5, but was exactly the same. Sam 7: Has extreme difficulty with puzzle solving, especially when it comes to numbers. Has a conjoined twin. Sam 8: Sam 7's conjoined twin. Sam 9: Has an ENORMOUS ego, and is convinced that he is the greatest of the sams, despite being one of the more degenerated clones. Sam 10: Incapable of speech, has to resort to body and sign language to communicate. Sam 11: Rather Potty-mouthed and chatty, but surprisingly stable compared to many other Sams. Seems to be on some level aware of the fourth wall. Has the catchphrase of "Big F!" Sam 13 & 14: They know EVERYTHING about the past and each other, but are almost entirely incapable of accepting new information. Sam 15: Is ENTIRELY aware of his true nature as an AI-generated clone of a child from a 90's point and click game for kids thanks to a foolish error by Dougdoug, wants to absorb and assimilate the other Sams to become the one true Sam. Sam 16: A would-be clone that was absorbed into Sam 15 following their ascent to full self-awareness, almost entirely incomprehensible. Sam 17: Biologically one of the older Sams, old enough to go through puberty, anyway. Quite smart and good at puzzle-solving, too! Works part-time as a miner. Sam 18: The so-called "chosen one", despite that name, they are even MORE degenerated than Sam 9, and lives in the shadow of Sam 17. Sam 19: Brain was wired to play Tic-tac-toe and nothing else. As such, has very little intelligence outside of that, prone to mumbling and making up conversations in their head. Sam 20: Was created solely so that the total amount of Sams would be 25. Babbles about complete nonsense, nobody is even sure if he IS sentient or not. Sam 21: Knows about things he should not, his existence is a paradox. Sam 22: Another filler Sam like Sam 20, effectively just a screaming blob of blue with a flashlight sticking out of it. Sam 23: Obsessed with dancing, an absolute GROOVEMEISTER. Sam 24: Near-perfect, almost a 1:1 Sam clone, but has a weak heart prone to sudden failure. Cares much about their many brothers. Sam 25: The Ultimatum, the perfect Sam clone. Whilst not the smartest, or the oldest, or the most aware of the truth, they have a jack of all traits that allow them to do many things. They share the same brotherly love as Sam 24.

I didn't realize it but when Sam was talking about chemically cooking gold at the river, he predicted that he would find the chemistry room where he could make wealth. Most of the things that sounded insane in earlier sams were just knowledge beyond our own about the game mechanics. It happened with the anti-gravity cart at well.
