The fact that nobody talks about the book 'The Art of Self-Love' by Sabrina Windale speaks volumes about how people are stuck in a trance

Nine Steps for Discipline: 1. Discomfort as a Catalyst: Recognizing discomfort as a motivator for change. 2. Ignoring External Noise: Blocking out distracting information, especially from social media, that can lead to doubt or indecision. 3. Willpower Isn’t Enough: Relying solely on willpower or motivation is insufficient; systems and routines are essential. 4. Visualization: Visualizing one’s best self helps align daily actions with long-term goals. 5. Setting Clear, Tangible Goals: Working toward specific goals gives structure and prevents stagnation. 6. Accountability and Community: The speaker highlights the benefits of having a community for support and accountability. 7. Breaking Free from Self-Sabotage: Overcoming negative habits like emotional eating by building awareness. 8. Importance of Nutrition: Recognizing how nutrition fuels success and emphasizing balance rather than extreme restrictions. 9. Commitment to Growth: Viewing discipline as a freeing tool that enhances clarity and purpose.

A big part of this is accepting that some people just won’t understand you. Out of all the lovely beautiful comments here, I noticed a couple of mean uncalled for comments that left me realizing this: if you devote yourself to a physical or lifestyle change, or find something that works with you consistently, you will always have someone who will misjudge what you’re doing- a projection of their own experience. Don’t give that voice your attention & stay looking ahead. ❤

I adore this message. Thank you so much! Coaching for removing my blocks around discipline and consistency changed it all for me. Went from finding it so so so hard to get back into the gym the past 1-2 years, to moving my body almost every single day for the past 3 months now! Sometimes it's the subconscious, underlying fears and limiting beliefs that is so hard to uncover and overcome alone. I'd recommend getting some help for anyone who's really struggling to get back into it.

Olivia I feel like I needed this. I’m on my health transformation - investing in nutrition and my running and weight resistance training but my body is stubborn. And it demotivated me this last week. 🩵✨ I really want to push through this fitness transformation because after being 5 years older everything has really been a struggle.
