I mean if the main objective is caffeine, and you are looking to minimize cost per unit of caffeine maybe store brand caffeine pills? I had ChatGPT do a comparison: ### **Cost Comparison**: - **Caffeine pill**: **$0.07 - $0.10** per pill. - **Black coffee**: **$0.23 - $0.25** per cup. Therefore, caffeine pills are generally **cheaper per dose of caffeine** compared to a cup of black coffee. However, coffee offers additional benefits like flavor, antioxidants, and the ritual of brewing.

@Rizzerio12 ай бұрын
@@WillTennyson I am a purchaser of pre workout. On average, it's the cheapest source of caffeine outside of caffeine pills. Most pre workouts will cost you about $1-1.5 per scoop. Energy drinks $3-4 for the same or lesser value of caffeine. Coffee can be pricey, but on average your paying for about the same value per cup as you are per scoop of pre but for a lot less caffeine. I've tried caffeine pills but hardly could sense them working. Certain preworkouts get me amped up mentally and physically which is amazing value for the cost of each scoop comparatively to everything else outside of caffeine pills.
