You’ll also probably be witness to any manner of predation as bigger birds of prey eat any smaller birds that happen to be on you, which while beautiful from a distance, is probably really jumpscary up close. You’ll also need to be decked out in thick clothing, do you think people where falconry gloves for the style? Big bird talons can really hurt, and most big birds will likely scratch you with the same claws they kill things with. Having to wear heavy smelly clothing everywhere, even with constant ideal temps and no overheating, sounds like it sucks. I’d take sweating and having to dress for weather over this bird stuff any day.

There was a study about something like this where the subjects (I think it was like 100 people) were introduced to a button that gave a small electrical shock when pressed. The subjects were then left in a room for 6-15 min. 67% of men chose to shock themselves (it was like 25% for women). But coney’s viewers are def like 95%+ male so I’m just guessing that they’d also press the button.
