First of all just wanted to say I appreciate the videos man just started watching. So I am 30 years old and find myself watching things like this a lot these days and yes I still drink too much but I feel I’m about to try and get sober for real possibly forever.. I’ve been having anxiety and stomach problems and coughing all the time and feel like stress gets to me super easy now the last couple years and I am so done living this way.. I like what you said in another video about if you are watching this then you probably know you may have a problem. Thanks for the posts 👌

I lost my 60 yr old brother to alcoholism four years ago. He was my favorite person, brilliant, funny, arrogant and self absorbed. Such a long painful battle for him and my family. Congrats on your recovery!

I lost my business due to my business partner committing fraud to the tune of about 7 million dollars...would I rather have a lot of money again? Yes. Did it make me THAT much happier? Not really...it was more of a safety cushion.

My guess would be that he was in 2 high risk industries, real estate and the restaurant business, throw in a dash of COVID which shut down dining out and that's a recipe for disaster, his story is not uncommon, lots of businesses were affected, they crashed the economy, this is all by design

Nobody is. But I ran a successful business until I found out my business partner was stealing money from customers to the tune of 7 million dollars. Had a good talk with the DOJ when they flew down from NYC to Florida. Honestly, I wasn't happy with a lot of money when I was drinking everyday...would I rather have wads of cash again? Sure. Everybody loves financial security. Was it THAT much better and made my life amazing? Not really...once you've partied a lot and done all the things you THINK you want in life, you realize there are deeper things to pursue mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.

WHEN I CAME INTO TREATMENT 12/24/91- MY LAST DRINK, I WAS ALSO IN A BAD CAR ACCIDENT NT BROKE AND BROKEN MENTALLY, EMOTIONALLY, AND SPIRITUALLY. GOD GAVE ME A CHANCE TO GET RIGHT WITH HIM. 12/27/91- WENT INTO TREATMENT ROSARY HALL MY SOBRIETY DATE. THE BEGINNING OF MY NEW JOURNEY IN REAL LIFE.
