Hi Jessie! I love your videos :) I’m not sure if they’re available in Canada but have you ever heard of the cloudberry? It’s a berry that’s orange and looks like a cloud and it has this kinda sweet and sour type of taste. Apparently they’re known for being mindnumbingly hard to grow.. I’m not really sure if they would be able to survive in Canada’s climate but even if you aren’t planning to grow it I think it would be interesting for you to try them out :D

@@growithjessiethey are an extremely rare berry up in the very northern hemisphere. They are actually almost exclusively found in Norway, Sweden, Finland, Russia, and CANADA! Also Alaska, but I mean come on it is clearly part of Canada so that's a given. They actually do really well in colder climates so while they are very rare and difficult/near impossible to grow yourself, you are in the right environment. They are notorious for flourishing in very harsh environments. They have been tried to be grown commercially forever and they fail. Some landscapers and citizens plant them in their flower beds and get lucky and get growth. They are sold as a decorative plant in a lot of nurseries. So it isn't impossible to grow them, but it is very hard. All the jams and products you see or can get online come from wild harvesting. The price is very steep because of it. Edit: they are also nicknamed "Arctic Gold" because of how rare they are.

The starfruit didn’t grow back, if you look it has a new pair of cotyledon leafs. My best guess is one of the other seeds that were started came up a few weeks after the first 2 died.
