These are high in calories u don't need this because it's too much unless u are in bodybuilding almonds five and walnuts initially 3 , black kismiss 4 and 2 dry athi fruit fig I guess the English name soak it in water at night and in early morning pour the water out and remove the badam outer layer and eat, if u feel bloated grain it in mixy with musk melon apple grapes add cocoa powder for taste... With in months u will start gaining muscle healthy weight do some minor exercise that's enough... Try it all the best👍
